SKRYPT Wellness ("SKRYPT," "we," "us") operates skryptwellness.com (the "Site"). SKRYPT is a technology and brand platform. We are not a medical provider or a pharmacy. Medical consultations, prescribing decisions, and dispensing are performed by independent, licensed healthcare providers and pharmacies made available through the Asher Health platform.
Content on the Site is for general informational purposes and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No provider-patient relationship is created by using the Site. Only a licensed provider can determine whether a product is appropriate for you, and prescriptions are issued at the provider's sole discretion. Not everyone is a candidate.
You must be at least 18 years old (21+ for certain products) and legally able to enter a contract to use the Site and request products. You agree to provide accurate, complete information during onboarding and medical intake.
When you check out, you pay for the selected product(s) and the associated consultation (currently via Zelle). Your order is conditional on provider approval. After payment, you complete a medical intake through Asher Health; a licensed provider reviews your information. If the provider approves, your prescription is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy and shipped to you. If you are not approved, you receive a full refund as described in our Refund Policy.
You may not resell, share, or misuse any prescribed product, provide false information, or use products other than as directed by your provider. Products are for the prescribed individual only.
The Site and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, SKRYPT disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. SKRYPT is not responsible for the medical judgment of independent providers or the acts of independent pharmacies. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

Through the Site we collect the information needed to process your order: name, contact details, shipping address, product selection, and payment confirmation details. Your medical history and health questionnaire are collected by the Asher Health platform and its licensed providers, not by SKRYPT, and are handled under their privacy and applicable health-information practices.
We use your information to process orders and refunds, route you to the appropriate provider intake, communicate with you, provide support, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information as needed with service providers that make the service work — including the Asher Health platform, licensed providers, pharmacies, and shipping partners — and as required by law.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your data. You may request access to or deletion of the personal data we hold by emailing hello@skryptwellness.com, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights.

If you are not approved for a prescription, you receive a full refund. This is the core of how SKRYPT works — you're never charged for a product a provider won't prescribe.
If a licensed provider determines you are not a candidate, the full amount you paid for the affected product(s) and consultation is refunded to your original payment method within [X] business days.
Because prescription products are dispensed specifically for you by a licensed pharmacy, approved orders that have shipped generally cannot be returned or refunded, except where required by law or in the case of a shipping error or damaged product. If you enroll in recurring/refill billing, you may cancel future shipments any time before the next billing date via [METHOD]. Charges already processed for shipped orders follow the rules above.
